Ayanokojis Ultimate Daily Routine

How to build a routine just like Ayanokoji Kiyotaka

Welcome

In this edition, we are going to cover how to build the most powerful and productive routine possible.

Ayanokoji has a routine created in the white room, and today I will share it with you.

Let's dive right in.

Agenda

  1. Ayanokoji Routine: how to build a routine that works just like Ayanokoji.

  2. Anime News (new section): a bite-sized section to keep you up to date in the anime world.

  3. Wrap up: the closure section of this newsletter.

Section 1 - Ayanokoji's Routine: A Masterclass in Time-Blocking and Efficiency

Ayanokoji uses a time management technique called - Time Blocking

In this technique, you plan out what you will specifically be doing between 2 periods of time.

For example: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM: Deep work

Doing this results in a totally productive day as you will have no questions about what you should be doing at any given time.

Now let's take a look at what Ayanokoji's routine would look like.

5:00 AM - 6:00 AM: Morning routine

Ayanokoji gets precisely 8 hours of sleep each night.

No more no less.

This ensures he keeps maximum health levels without being too lazy.

The very first thing Ayanokoji does after waking up is he writes down his dreams. Writing down your dreams can help improve memory and awareness.

It will be very hard to remember your dreams at the start but over time you will be able to start recalling everything even when asleep.

6:00 AM - 7:00 AM: Gym and Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is a crucial part of Ayanokoji's routine. Working out in the morning increases mental clarity and improves performance.

Make sure to have a variety of exercises so your entire body is at peak performance.

This can include:

✦ Walking

✦ Weights

✦ Running

✦ Leg day

✦ Back day

✦ etc…

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Breakfast and Walk

After the gym, Ayanokoji takes a meditative walk, using this time to clear his mind and gather his thoughts for the day.

Breakfast is said to be "The most important meal of the day."

And while that is true for some, it isn't for everybody.

Ayanokoji would normally have breakfast but skip lunch. It's completely a personal preference of when you want to incorporate eating into your schedule.

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Academic Pursuits and Deep Work

Ayanokoji uses the morning hours, when his mind is freshest, for academic work and other tasks that require deep concentration.

Deep work is where you go for an extended period with ZERO distractions.

Doing this will allow you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time. You can also incorporate some of the learning tactics I have provided in my other newsletters to help you get more done.

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Social Interaction and Observational Awareness

Even though you may think Ayanokoji spends his whole day studying, you would be wrong.

At some point in his day, he would take the time to talk with his friends and practice his observational awareness.

As we talked about in one of the previous editions, knowledge means nothing if you can’t apply it. That is why Ayanokoji puts his teachings into practice while staying socially active with his friends.

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Homework and Mental Stimulation

Ayanokoji is highly efficient and completes his homework quickly.

He does not procrastinate at this time as he knows his schoolwork has to be done.

He also engages in activities that stimulate his mental IQ, such as playing chess online against other players.

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Research and Learning

For Ayanokoji, this time block section is his free time learning.

He researches any topic he is interested in and learns about it.

An example of what he might research is a study on human nature, like the Milgram experiment.

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Downtime and Leisure Activities

As disciplined as Ayanokoji is, he understands the importance of downtime.

He spends this time in any fun activity that does not contain social media.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Dinner and Unwinding

Ayanokoji always has dinner. He skips lunch and breakfast sometimes but makes sure he has dinner.

He uses dinner as a reward for having a productive day.

7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Evening Routine and Attention Training

Before bed, Ayanokoji does Buddhist-style meditation, helping him clear his mind for the following day.

Along with this, he usually reads a book, such as 'Robert Greene's Laws of Human Nature'.

9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Preparation for Sleep and Meditation

Ayanokoji prepares for a night of quality sleep.

He plans out his next day, time blocking everything.

🟥End🟥

And that, my friends, is the Ayanokoji routine. You can adjust it as you please. If you have school or a job, I would recommend inputting it into ChatGPT to adjust it to your work/school schedule.
